Error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Lots of time when we trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime,  get one of these errors:
Waiting for activation,Activation unsuccessful, An error occurred during activation or could not sign in, please check your network connection.
To rectify this, We need to Make sure that you’we are  connected to a cellular data or Wi-Fi network. If we using an iPhone, we need SMS messaging to activate our phone number with iMessage and FaceTime. It depending on mobile operator, it might be charged for this SMS. If still get this error again need to go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure that mobile time zone is set up correctly. After Turn off iMessage and FaceTime and restart. It will helped us to get activate soon.
